Beiyuan Group Chlor-Alkali Chemical Integration Project



   Project Overview: This project relies on local coal and raw salt resources, using a self-supplied power plant as a link to build a circular industrial chain of "coal—power—calcium carbide—chlor-alkali chemical (ion membrane caustic soda, PVC)—comprehensive utilization of industrial waste slag to produce cement," with capacities of 1.1 million tons/year of polyvinyl chloride, 800,000 tons/year of caustic soda, 2.2 million tons/year of cement, and 500,000 tons/year of calcium carbide. Currently, it is also advancing the construction of a 120,000 tons/year glycine and other fine chemical projects to promote industrial upgrading.

   Our Products: PP corrugated plate packing, used as a core unit to ensure the efficient operation and environmental compliance of the Beiyuan chlor-alkali project, operating conditions required:

  · Resistant to strong acid and alkali medium corrosion, acid corrosion rate ≤0.15%, alkali corrosion rate ≤0.2%, no deformation.

  · High-efficiency mass transfer requirements: gas velocity 1.0 - 3.5 m/s, liquid spray density 10 - 25 m³/(m²·h)
