Ordos Coal Direct Liquefaction Project

   Project Overview: National Energy Group's million-ton-level coal direct liquefaction demonstration project, designed for an annual output of 1.08 million tons of clean oil products, with a processing capacity of 6000 tons of dry coal per day, featuring advanced technology.

   Our Products: Inert alumina ceramic balls, used for reactor catalyst support layers, operating conditions required:

  · Temperature resistance ≥800℃ (short-term 530℃, conventional 420℃), no deformation;

  · Bearing 2 tons of catalyst, in contact with carbon decane aromatic hydrocarbons, methanol and other gas-phase media, and 3 tons of water gas load, requiring corrosion resistance.

   Product Advantages: High strength (compressive strength ≥5000N), high temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, optimized gas flow distribution and catalyst protection.

   Cooperation Highlights: After multi-dimensional price comparison, the customer signed the contract, recognizing our factory scale, capacity, quality, and cost performance. After commissioning, the ceramic balls perform stably, ensuring long-term operation of the unit.
