SN7501-S3 Phosgene Catalyst

SN7501-S3 phosgene catalyst, also known as SN7501-S3 phosgene decomposition catalyst, uses catalyst carrier hydrolysis method to treat phosgene tail gas at temperatures between 40-60°C, decomposing phosgene into HCL and CO2. This solves the problem of discharging highly toxic phosgene tail gas and has been successfully applied in industries producing synthetic dyes and pesticide intermediates using phosgene and diphosgene as raw materials. Currently, it has developed to the third generation product, with service life more than doubled and significant improvements in performance and quality. It can handle phosgene, diphosgene, and triphosgene tail gases of different concentrations, achieving a phosgene removal rate of up to 98.4-99.1%. It features a large specific surface area, high purification efficiency, hydrochloric acid recovery and reuse, reducing production costs.
