  •   Composite ceramic pipes are made by centrifugal casting and high-temperature sintering at 2000 degrees. The ceramic layer is directly sintered with the steel pipe, making the bond firmer and preventing detachment. The product has excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance and is now widely used in industries with severe pipeline wear, transporting media such as coal powder, ash powder, cement, iron powder, etc., with broad application in the industry.

      The innermost layer is the ceramic layer, mainly composed of alumina with about 90% content, also sintered at 2000 degrees high temperature. It has high hardness, good wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance. Ceramic-lined wear-resistant pipes are recognized for their low cost, long service life, and easy installation, offering high economic value when used in conveying pipelines.

       Application fields:

      Mainly including metallurgy, electric power, mining, coal, chemical, and other industries.

      Metallurgical and mining industry: Used for mine filling, concentrate powder and tailings transportation, coal powder, ash slag, slurry, limestone gypsum slurry, and other materials. Composite ceramic pipes can significantly reduce wear and extend pipeline service life. For example, in practical applications at Panzhihua, Daye Mine, Shandong Liaocheng Changrun Thermal Power Plant, Liaocheng Zhonghua Power Plant, etc., the service life of composite ceramic pipes is tens of times longer than ordinary steel pipes.

      Electric power and coal industry: Wet transportation is commonly used for coal washing and long-distance coal pipeline transportation, requiring pipelines to be both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Composite ceramic pipes also perform excellently when transporting coal powder, ash slag, and other materials. Their high wear resistance and long service life characteristics have been widely applied in the power industry, significantly improving transportation efficiency and economy.

      Chemical industry: Composite ceramic pipes are used to transport corrosive materials containing solid particles and high-temperature corrosive gases. Their corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance make them widely used in the chemical industry.
