Zirconia ceramic idler rollers and ceramic drums are high-strength wear-resistant products suitable for various conveyors. They are used to support conveyor belts and the materials on them, ensuring stable operation.
Product Features:
1. Corrosion resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts without corrosion.
2. High hardness: Strong wear resistance.
3. Fully sealed: Both ends are equipped with plastic labyrinth seals, preventing leakage of lubricating oil and grease, allowing the rolling bearings to operate in a fully sealed state for a long time.
4. Ceramic surface forms an oxide film that does not adhere to or react with any substances. The trough-shaped idler rollers remove material sticking to the belt. They provide high driving force and low resistance on inclined belts, achieving optimal performance. Double-section idler rollers reduce heavy pressure points on the belt. The hollow design allows material stuck on the belt to fall off by itself, preventing adhesion to the rollers and extending their service life.
5. Long service life: 2-3 times longer than steel idler rollers, reducing belt wear and preventing belt misalignment, thereby extending belt life.
6. High economic efficiency: Can reduce the overall cost of belt conveyors and decrease maintenance time.
