Large aperture double and single-layer all-ceramic ball arches and bridge arches are new types of support structures for sulfuric acid dry and absorption tower packing. Compared with the old structures, they have uniform gas-liquid distribution, high mechanical strength, large safety factor, good stability, strong corrosion resistance, convenient construction, and long service life. They have been applied in many sulfuric acid plants with excellent results.
Ceramic support is a type of support structural component, mainly made of ceramic, composed of strips and grids or ceramic cross rings. It is designed according to the tower diameter to have a certain gap and open area rate as a packing support internal product. The comprehensive open rate can reach over 58%, adapting to high gas velocity requirements of 1.5-2 m/s. It has superior mechanical strength and resistance to chemical corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and nitric acid, as well as high temperature resistance, rapid cooling and heating resistance. Alumina sleeves have hardness second only to diamond, with high wear resistance and long life. Alumina refractory ceramic special-shaped parts can be manufactured according to user size requirements, made with special molds. Main features: low expansion, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, long service life, and are important components for high-temperature wear-resistant special parts.
