Ceramic membrane filter, also known as microporous ceramic filter, is a fast and efficient filtration device using ceramic filter elements. When the filter element is blocked, it can be cleaned by a backwash system without affecting normal operation, restoring the functionality of the filtration equipment as a high-efficiency precision device.
Product Performance
1. High filtration efficiency: filtration precision of 0.05-30um, oil removal rate reaching 80-95%, and suspended solids removal rate over 90%;
2. High regeneration efficiency: uses a simple gas-liquid rapid backflush method to efficiently and quickly regenerate clogged ceramic filter elements, extending the service life of the ceramic filter elements;
3. Strong corrosion resistance: resistant to various acids, alkalis, salts, and most organic solvents below 70°C; odorless, non-toxic, and no foreign matter leaching;
4. Thermal stability: filtration material has thermal stability from 200 to -20°C with no cracking after three cycles;
5. Flexible filtration precision and filtration speed: the average pore size, wall thickness, filtration pressure difference, and material parameters of the microporous medium are related and must be accurately determined through experiments and calculations; filtration can be performed at speeds of 5~15m/s.

1. Circulating water filtration devices in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and other industries, as well as various oily wastewater treatment and dust removal equipment.
2. Oilfield reinjection water treatment.
3. Tap water plant effluent filtration.
4. Rolling steel emulsion wastewater treatment.
5. Metal cleaning solution treatment and recovery of organic substances in industrial wastewater.
6. Subsequent filtration after biochemical treatment and secondary sedimentation of organic wastewater.
