Refractory balls and heat storage balls are made primarily from industrial alumina and refractory high-alumina materials through scientific formulation, shaping, and high-temperature calcination. They feature high mechanical strength, long service life, good chemical stability, no chemical reaction with materials, and excellent high-temperature resistance, with a maximum temperature tolerance of 1900 degrees. They are especially suitable for use in fertilizer plant high and low temperature conversion furnaces, reforming furnaces, hydroconversion reactors, desulfurization tanks, and methanation furnaces, serving to disperse gas-liquid phases, support coverage, and protect catalysts. They can also be used in hot blast furnaces and heating conversion equipment in the steel and aluminum processing industries.
