Refractory balls and regenerative balls are made primarily from industrial alumina and refractory high-alumina materials through scientific formulation, shaping, and high-temperature calcination. They feature high mechanical strength, long service life, good chemical stability, no chemical reaction with materials, and excellent high-temperature resistance, with a maximum temperature of up to 1900 degrees Celsius. They are especially suitable for use in fertilizer plant high and low temperature swing furnaces, conversion furnaces, hydroconversion reactors, desulfurization tanks, and methanation furnaces, serving to disperse gas-liquid phases, support coverage, and protect catalysts. They can also be used in hot air furnaces and heating conversion equipment in the steel and aluminum processing industries.
