Ceramic membrane filter is a fast and efficient microporous filtration device made of ceramic membrane filter element and corrosion-resistant shell. The product has strong regeneration ability. When the filter material is blocked, under the condition of not affecting normal operation, the system can be used for backwashing the filter material, and can quickly restore the high-efficiency and precise filtration function of the equipment. The product is easy to install, with filtration accuracy of 0.02-30μm, processing capacity up to 600m3/h; resistant to high temperature, high pressure, acid and alkali corrosion; high filtration accuracy; thorough and efficient backwash regeneration; long service life; reliable operation and simple maintenance; it can be widely used in ammonia water filtration, residual ammonia water filtration, circulating water filtration, wastewater filtration, and other fields.
Product Application
(1) Water filtration and exhaust gas filtration: applied to filtration and dehydration of sludge and flocs after chemical coagulation of wastewater, pretreatment of wastewater by ion exchange, electrolysis, activated carbon adsorption; filtration treatment of suspended solids in boiler wet dust removal wastewater (can achieve closed-loop circulation); terminal treatment of flotation and evaporation concentration; oil-water separation treatment of oily wastewater; various flue gas filtration, etc.
(2) Particle filtration and oil-water separation: This filter is suitable for the separation of liquid-solid suspended particles and oil.
(3) Wide application range: Suitable for occasions requiring circulating water treatment and gas filtration in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, light industry, food, medicine, textile, papermaking, coking, and steel industries.
3. Product Performance
(1) High filtration efficiency: oil removal rate reaches 80-95%, removal rate of suspended solids larger than 5μm is above 90%;
(2) High regeneration efficiency: Using a simple gas-liquid rapid backwash method can efficiently and quickly regenerate blocked ceramic filter elements, extending the service life of ceramic filter elements;
(3) Strong corrosion resistance: resistant to various acids, alkalis, salts, most organic solvents below 70°C, odorless, non-toxic, and no foreign matter leaching;
(4) Thermal stability: filtration material thermal stability between 20-200°C, no cracking after three cycles;
(5) Flexible filtration accuracy and filtration speed: The average pore size, wall thickness, filtration pressure difference of the microporous medium are related to material parameters and must be determined through experiments and calculations; filtration can be performed at filtration speeds of 5~15m/s.
