Rare Earth Ceramic Sand
Product Introduction
Rare Earth Ceramic Sand It is a white spherical granule made mainly from porcelain clay with added rare earth and other raw materials through pulverization, pelletizing, screening, drying, and high-temperature sintering. It has stable chemical properties, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, large specific surface area, strong pollutant interception ability, good adsorption performance, uniform particles, and long service life. It is an ideal filter material for treating urban sewage, boiler chemical water, and pure water. It can also be used in filter dust collectors, treating various industrial dust, boiler dust, and as a fracturing proppant in oil wells.
Product Features
1: Ceramic sand filter material has advantages such as corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance; stable chemical properties, low filtration resistance, clear filtrate, good effect, and long service life.
2: Used for secondary circulating water treatment filtration, with low water head loss, long regeneration cycle, easy and convenient regeneration, and resistance to clogging, achieving optimal benefits.
3: Used for chemical method wastewater filtration, with heavy metal removal rate over 90%, suspended solids removal rate 100%, and turbidity removal rate 90%. Main uses: Rare Earth Ceramic Sand Filter Material Widely used in single-layer filters, multi-layer filters, Mechanical Filters as filter media for treating various industrial wastewater, industrial water, urban tap water, urban sewage, pure water, and soft water. It can also be used as biological filter media for treating organic wastewater. Also applicable to Filter Dust Collectors as filter material for treating various industrial dust and boiler smoke dust.
