  • Product Introduction

Ozone catalyst uses high-strength composite materials as the matrix, loaded with various precious metals and transition metals, supplemented with rare metals as dispersants. Through a high-temperature sintering integrated process, it features high efficiency, effectively providing ozone utilization and organic matter mineralization capabilities, greatly saving operating costs. It is an ideal catalyst for the new generation of ozone catalytic oxidation.

    Product Features

1 Composite porous high-strength silicon-aluminum catalytic carrier, doped with catalytic components that are not easily lost, improving the stability of the catalyst. The carrier preparation uses a special process, resulting in high mechanical strength and long service life.

2 Carefully selected carrier and active components for catalytic filler, using transition metals, precious metals, and rare earth metals as effective catalytic components to ensure sustained high ozone oxidation efficiency.

3 Multiple catalytic components enhance the catalyst's adaptability to different wastewater while improving catalytic activity.

4 Catalytic filler strength ≥100N/ particle, specific surface area ≥200M2/G Catalytic filler has no loss and does not require regular addition.

5 High catalytic activity: multi-metal co-impregnation technology, good dispersion of active components, in-situ promotion

of ozone decomposition into OH. and degradation of pollutants.
