Microporous Ceramic Filter Tube

      Microporous ceramic filter media (microporous ceramic filter bricks, filter plates, filter tubes, filter arches) are made by mixing orthopedic materials (quartz, alumina, silicon carbide, etc.) with a certain amount of binder, pore-forming agent, and rare earth corrosion inhibitor, then sintered at high temperature into various shapes and specifications. After sintering into ceramics, many uniformly sized and interconnected arch-shaped microporous channels are formed inside, known as microporous ceramics. When fluid passes through these tiny channels, suspended impurities, colloidal particles, bacteria, and large molecular organic substances in the raw water are filtered and retained. Various physical effects occur on the inner and outer surfaces of the microporous channels, achieving mechanical sieving, purification, diffusion, fluidization, adsorption, and retention effects.
