Product Introduction
Porcelain bulk packing commonly known as porcelain rings , the main varieties include Raschig ring, Pall ring, step ring, saddle ring, irregular saddle ring, cross baffle ring, conjugate ring, and washing ring. Widely used as packing in washing towers, cooling towers, desulfurization towers, drying towers, and absorption towers in industries such as metallurgy, chemical, fertilizer, sulfuric acid, and pharmaceuticals.
Product Features
Ceramic bulk packing has advantages such as high throughput, low resistance, high separation efficiency, and great operational flexibility. Under the same pressure drop, the processing capacity can be more than 50% larger than that of Raschig rings. For the same processing capacity, the pressure drop can be reduced by half, and mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%. Compared with Raschig rings, this packing has characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance, and great operational flexibility. Under normal conditions, with the same pressure drop, processing capacity can be 50%-100% larger than Raschig rings; with the same processing capacity, pressure drop is 50%-70% lower than Raschig rings; tower height is also reduced. Using Pall rings can save 20%-40% packing volume compared to Raschig rings.
Product Application
Suitable for use as contact packing in carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, and other reaction towers.
