Product Introduction
Polytetrafluoroethylene packing is PTFE Packing , PTFE is praised as " the King of Plastics ” , Chinese trade names " Teflon ”、 " Teflon ”、 " Teflon ” etc. It is a polymer compound formed by polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene, with excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, and is one of the most corrosion-resistant materials in the world today. Except for molten and liquid fluorine, it can resist all other chemical reagents.
Product Features
High temperature resistance: operating temperature up to 160 degrees;
● High separation rate: features high flux, low resistance, high separation efficiency, and great operational flexibility. Under the same pressure drop, the processing capacity is more than 50% greater than Raschig rings; at the same processing capacity, the pressure drop can be reduced by half, and mass transfer efficiency can be improved by about 20%;
● Low temperature resistance: even when the temperature drops to minus 196 degrees, it can maintain 5% elongation;
● Corrosion resistance: inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, water, and various organic solvents;
● Weather resistance: has one of the best aging lifespans among plastics;
Application Range
● In chemical engineering, PTFE Raschig rings increase the gas-liquid contact area, enabling strong mutual mixing.
● Application: suitable for various separation, absorption, desorption devices, atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, ammonia synthesis decarbonization, desulfurization systems, etc.
