The ceramic distributor is made of silicate refractory special ceramic material, featuring high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high strength, good corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, high load-bearing capacity, and long service life. During use, it can effectively reduce the amplification effect caused by poor liquid distribution. When installed in a packed tower, the liquid distributor evenly distributes the liquid over the packing layer. The quality of the initial liquid distribution not only affects the mass transfer efficiency of the packing but also impacts the operational flexibility of the packing. Therefore, the ceramic liquid distributor is a key internal component of the packed tower.

1. Excellent liquid distribution performance, suitable for occasions with more spray points and lower liquid load;

The ceramic distributor must be packaged in wooden boxes. Since ceramic distributors are fragile products, they are easily damaged during transportation if not packed in wooden boxes.
