    Product Features

    Suitable for grinding materials with high hardness and viscosity

    High specific gravity (density 6.05 ), the larger the grinding bead mass, the greater the grinding shear force provided, improving grinding efficiency

    Corrosion resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts; smooth surface, easy to clean

    High mechanical strength, impact resistant, does not fracture at high speed operation

      Wear resistance: is glass beads 30-50 times, zirconium silicate beads: 8 about times

      Grinding efficiency: is glass beads 10-12 times, zirconium silicate beads: 4-6 times

    Compared with other ceramic grinding media, zirconia beads have three outstanding features: first, high density; second, high hardness; third, good toughness. Although the procurement cost is relatively high, the overall usage cost is very advantageous, especially suitable for occasions requiring low impurities.
