    RK-C3D13 Ozone Decomposition Catalyst Can decompose high concentration ozone into oxygen at room temperature, applicable to the synthesis of fine chemicals and the treatment of tap water and wastewater. It can also be used in atomic energy, radio, advanced cabins of supersonic aircraft, copiers, household appliances, and other fields or occasions. Since this catalyst does not use activated carbon as a carrier, all materials are inorganic and contain no carbon elements, eliminating safety issues such as fire or explosion when treating high concentration ozone.

    Main Components: 40~65% MnO 2 ; 15~30 CuO; and auxiliary materials

    Product Specifications

    7. Space velocity (hour -1 ) : 0.1~5×10 4 . (For decomposition of high concentration ozone gas, due to small gas volume and high concentration above 100 ml/l, control should be between 800~2000, which can be determined based on catalyst dosage. For Ф3mm catalyst, bed height should be greater than 30mm. The approximate catalyst amount calculated by ozone volume is 10~15 times the hourly ozone volume.

    8. Catalyst bed height-to-diameter ratio: 3:1, higher is better, but for large air volume treatment, the ratio must consider wind resistance. For low-pressure fans with large air volume, catalyst bed height above 300mm is sufficient, requiring no air leakage.

    9. Service life: 2~3 years.

    10. Catalyst ozone decomposition rate greater than 99%

    11. This product is suitable for gas treatment with ozone concentration above 1000 PPM.
