Product Introduction
All-ceramic packing, also known as all-ceramic porous combined packing or all-ceramic structured packing. Due to the unique product structure design, it successfully solves the defects of traditional ceramic bulk packing such as random stacking, easy breakage, clogging, high resistance, high pressure drop, and short service life. It truly achieves advantages such as high strength, strong adhesion to coking gas, and strong impurity resistance in coal gas. The product porosity reaches 85% the above.
After the all-ceramic porous combined packing is loaded, the form of gas-liquid phase transfer is " surface ” contact, combined with the porous packing being microporous honeycomb ceramic, having microporous area and spatial droplet area, thus making the effective area of the all-light ceramic porous combined packing greater than 99.5% , resulting in excellent separation and purification effects.Product Features
- The product has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, with a maximum temperature tolerance of 1350℃ ;
- The product has excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, able to withstand rapid cooling from 800℃ high temperature to room temperature without cracking.
- It is aging resistant, has high mechanical strength, does not break during handling, and has a low loss rate. It has a long service life.
- High mass transfer efficiency and good effect. When the ammonia content in coal gas is 600mg/m3 at , the ammonia content in the purified coal gas after ammonia washing can be lower than 5mg/m3, which is far below the ammonia content specified by national standards. 。
