Alumina Ceramic Membrane

Alumina ceramic membranes are porous precision ceramic filtration materials made from alumina, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, and other materials through special processes. Their filtration precision covers microfiltration (0.05μm-1.5μm), ultrafiltration (0.01μm-0.05μm), and even nanofiltration (<1nm). Ceramic membrane filtration is a fluid separation process in the form of "cross-flow filtration": under pressure drive, the feed liquid flows rapidly inside the membrane tube, the clarified liquid containing small molecular components permeates outward through the membrane, and the concentrated liquid containing large molecular components is retained by the membrane, thereby achieving the purposes of separation, concentration, and purification of the fluid.
